Detection of sclerotinia sclerotiorum in sunflower by elisa



Transactions of the British Mycological Society 85(3): 485-488



The adaptation of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum from both artifically and naturally infected host plants is described. The ELISA technique showed good specificity and sensitivity in detecting 'Sclerotinia antigen' at a concentration as low as 10 ng ml-1.
