Determination of trace elements in meat and liver of beef and pig by instrumental neutron activation analysis

The concentration of 3 main and 16 trace elements was determined in meat and liver samples of beef and pig using instrumental neutron activation analysis. The resulting data are discussed by comparing them with concentrations recommended by WHO/FAO as maximum acceptable load for man.
