Dynamics of neutrophil phagocytosis and white blood cell composition in metallurgic plant operators in connection with shift work

The formation of the syndrome of inhibition of natural bactericidal factors was observed in healthy operators and in people with clinically manifested disorders of neurosomatic health. Phases of the syndromes of activation-inhibition of natural bactericidal factors, which are manifested in the dynamics of load-recovery, during shift work in particular, is a criterion for differentiating the reactivity of these groups of operators. Healthy operators were characterized by the activation of natural bactericidal factors during loading and the inhibition of phagocytosis function during recovery. The correlation between phases of the syndromes of activation-inhibition of natural bactericidal factors indicates its importance as one of the criteria of prenosological diagnosis.
