Abstract
The interaction of the drugs teturam, nitazole and ftorphenasine-decanoate with hydroperoxides the products of oil oxidation was studied in peach and olive oils. These peroxides decrease the stability of oily solutions for the injection of the drugs. A method was proposed for the thermal destruction of the peroxides at 160.degree. C in N2 atmosphere. The kinetics of this process was studied. Solutions for injection with a shelf life more than 2 yr were obtained.
