Abstract
The frequency of thiophosphamide induced chromosomal aberrations in unstimulated human lymphocytes rises when before the mutagen treatment the cells are kept for 48 h at 37.degree. C, as compared with the variants cultivated without preincubation. A statistically significant increase of the effect is found when the mutagen dose is fractionated.
