In rabbits and rats potassium glutaminate elicits antiarrhythmic effect in experimental arrhythimias induced by i.v. injection of strophanthine and CaCl2, normalizes the content of electrolytes (K, Na, Ca, Mg) in the myocardium and blood of animals after strophanthine injection.
