Succinic acid spray at 100 ppm, 200 ppm and 300 ppm, first at the initiation of flowering and another after one week, increased the seed yield by 8.78, 20.18 and 17.74 per cent, respectively. The increases in seed yield at 200 ppm and 300 ppm were significantly higher than the control but the differences were non-significant between 200 ppm and 300 ppm concentration.
