Abstract
In corporation of an Al adjuvant as large as 1 mg/ml (as Al) in immunization was required to produce high antibody titers against habu venom toxoid. The adjuvanticity of aluminum hydroxide was superior to that of aluminum phosphate. When used in combination with poly-L-lys, a smaller amount of Al was needed to produce the same level of antibody titer as that produced with Al alone.
