Abstract
The effects of 10 pphm SO2 and 10 pphm NO2, applied both singly and in combination, on whole plant transpiration rates of P. vulgaris were determined. The individually applied pollutants caused short-term increases and the pollutant combination caused a decrease in transpiration rate.
