Electrophoretic study of humus substances and proteins in soil solutions

, : Electrophoretic study of humus substances and proteins in soil solutions. Pochvovedenie (1): 38-46

The new method of isovel phoresis in a polyacrylamide gel is elaborated for investigaton of humic acids and organic substances of soil solution together with their identification in one sample. Calculation of molecular parameters by the electrophoresis in polyacrylamide gel was suggested. The molecular-fraction composition of soil solutions yielded 2 subtypes of the same soil.
