Endoscopic removal of a duodenal polyp in a patient with gardners syndrome

Gardner's syndrome is an autosomal dominant disease, classically consisting of osteomas, soft tissue tumors and colonic polyps. A case report is described which demonstrates many upper gastrointestinal manifestations of Gardner's syndrome. A large duodenal polyp was removed endoscopically. A brief discussion regarding future management of upper intestinal Gardner's syndrome is presented.
