Endoscopic study of x ray negative dyspepsia

Journal of the Medical Association of Thailand 67(6): 341-343

Patients (100) with X-ray negative dyspepsia were subjected to endoscopic examination. Chronic gastritis was found in 36% and represented the most common finding in this group of patients. In 38% of the patients, no pathology was demonstrated. The data from the present study are similar to those previously reported from the Western World.
