For 3 years and 9 months, the tumor had enlarged 2.5 times as large as before on UGI series. After local injection of hypertonic saline epinephrine solution, endoscopic removal of the tumor was done safely. The size was 2.1 .times. 1.2 .times. 1.2 cm.
