Epidemiological application of cradock watson bacteriocinotyping scheme for proteus mirabilis comparative study with 2nd other scheme

, : Epidemiological application of cradock watson bacteriocinotyping scheme for proteus mirabilis comparative study with 2nd other scheme. Revista Latinoamericana de Microbiologia 27(2): 77-82

Two schemes of bacteriocinotyping for P. mirabilis are compared: Cradock-Watson and an original scheme with autochthonous strains of Granada. A higher rate of typification and a higher dispersion were obtained with the 2nd scheme. Results with respect to their epidemiological application and the detection of endogenous and exogenous infections were similar in both cases.
