The quantitative composition of the essential oils from eight different Sideritis species [S. spinulosa Barn. ex Asso., S. linearifolia Lamk., S. mugronesis Borja., S. serrata Lag., S. leucantha Cav. subsp. bourgeana Boiss. Reut., S. pusilla (Lge) Pau., S. arborescens Salzm. and S. ilicifolia Willd.] collected in central and southern Spain is reported. Sixty-seven components have been identified.
