Evaluation of a rapid method for the diagnosis of biological agents by electron microscopy toxoplasma gondii
In order to evaluate a rapid diagnostic method for biological agents by electron microscopy, a Toxoplasma gondii affected spleen sample was processed according to the technique described by Kinder and Bergman (1981). Electron microscopy revealed said agent, its morphology being consistent with that cited in the literature.
