, : Experience in introducing larix polonica into moscow oblast russian sfsr ussr. Rastitel'nye Resursy 22(2): 212-215

Three-year-old seedlings of L. polonica were planted in 1952 together with picea abies seedlings. An analysis was made of the growth and development of 3 Polish larch climatypes in 1964 and 1984. L. polonica (planted together with P. abies) was characterized by considerable tree differentiation in regard to its trunk form and growth in comparison with other Larix spp. Mass reproduction of trees with straight trunks was recommended for commercial use.
