The authors present 23 cases of renal adenocarcinomas, analyzing the distribution according to age and sex, prognostic factors and survival rate They review and update the problems posed by the treatment of these patients and present their results with the application of postoperative radiotherapy. The slow nature of the evolution of these neoplasias and the unfavorable prognosis of the patients who begin with bone metastases is stressed.
