The amount of lysine in kernels of spring barley cultivars Viner, Omski 13709, Nepolegaushi 1, Krasnojarski 1 and their hybrids with line Hiproly were measured. Expressivity of the gene lys1 in BC2F2 and BC4F2 in kernels of the recombinants lys1lys1 created on the base of varieties Nepolegaushi 1 and Krasnojarski 1 is significantly higher (p = 0.01), than on the base of varieties Viner and Omski 13709.
