Extensions to pedigree analysis part 2 recurrence risk calculation under the poly genic threshold model
A computer method for calculating recurrence under the polygenic threshold model is explained. This approach permits accurate risk evaluation for [human] pedigrees of arbitrary structure and large enough size to supplement empiric risk figures.
