Extensions to pedigree analysis part 2 recurrence risk calculation under the poly genic threshold model

, : Extensions to pedigree analysis part 2 recurrence risk calculation under the poly genic threshold model. Human Heredity 26(5): 337-348

A computer method for calculating recurrence under the polygenic threshold model is explained. This approach permits accurate risk evaluation for [human] pedigrees of arbitrary structure and large enough size to supplement empiric risk figures.
