Abstract
Acylmonogalactosyldiglyceride (acyl-MGDG) was isolated from leaf homogenates of tobacco and its structure was determined as 1,2-di-O-acyl-3-O-(6-O-acyl-.beta.-D-galactopyranosyl)-sn-glycerol by decomposition analyses, PMR, CMR.
