Abstract
The horizontal structure of 3 phytocenoses of fir-spruce forests (Picea ajanensis, Abies nephrolepis) [in the USSR] with predominance in the herbaceous cover (Dryopteris amurensis, Majanthemum bifolium, Chamaepericlymenum canadense, Taxus cuspidata, Osmunda cinnamomea, Athyrium crenatum, Rhytidiadelphus triquetrus, Hylocomium splendens, Pleurozium schreberi, Trientalis europaea, Linnaea borealis, Symplocarpus foetidus, Ranunculus repens, Drepanocladus uncinatus, Ptilium crista-castrensis, Waldsteinia ternata, Actaea erythrocarpa, Oxalis acetosella, Dryopteris linnaeana, Equisetum silvaticum, Thalictrum contortum, Heracleum moellendorffii) was studied. The regularities of spatial distribution of the basic elements of the mosaic of phytocenoses and the degree of floristic and phytocenotic similarity between microcenoses of the same and different communities were determined. Analysis of the quantitative correspondences between microcenoses indicated that the phytocenoses of fir-spruce low grass-fern forests are characterized by relative stability of floristic structure and absence of completion of phytocenotic structure. In conditions of ecological heterogeneity of phytocenoses the deepest differences were in the quantitative correspondences of separate populations of species, while the species composition changes to a lesser degree.
