Abstract
The kinetics of adsorption of the following metabolites of varying MW on activated charcoals was studied: creatine, bilirubin, vitamin B12. The kinetics of adsorption depended on the nature of the porous structure of the adsorbent and its granulometric composition. The optimal structure and dimensions of granules of activated charcoals designed for the purpose of blood purification were established.
