Laboratory evaluation of fungicides against cercospora moricola



Indian Journal of Sericulture 17(1): 33-36



Evaluation of 8 fungicides in the laboratory showed that Bavistin at 25 ppm and above, Du-ter at 200 ppm and above and Dithane-M-45 and Hexaferb at 400 ppm inhibited the growth of C. moricola isolate on PDA medium. At lower doses those resulted in distinct inhibition zones in the growth of the culture.
