Laboratory evaluation of fungitoxicants and antibiotics against four foliar cotton pathogens

Laboratory evaluation of fungitoxicants and antibiotics against four foliar cotton pathogens

Agricultural Science Digest 5(3): 125-128

In the in vitro, Blitox, Dithane Z-78 and Difolatan at lower concentration (100 ppm) inhibited spore germination where as at higher concentration (500 ppm), Blitox, Dithane Z-78, Difolatan, Dithane M-45 and Syllit inhibited the spore germination completely of all the pathogens: Alternaria macrospora, Helminthosporium spiciferum, Curvularia lunata and Myrothecium roridum.
