Main present day tasks in solving the problem of congenital coagulopathy

Main present day tasks in solving the problem of congenital coagulopathy

Gematologiya i Transfuziologiya 33(2): 3-7

The results of the treatment of 657 patients with congenital coagulopathy, who were followed up at the Kirov Research Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, have been analyzed. A tendency to the growth of the absolute number of such patients, including those of reproductive age, has been revealed. To solve the problem of congenital coagulopathy the following tasks are to be considered: early diagnosis and dispensary follow-up of the patients, organization of regional centres and application in these centres of unified methods of investigation of the coagulologic status, development and introduction into practice of high-potency hemostatics, elaboration of unified therapeutic and tactic principles of the patients management.
