The Author carried out a investigation about the pollinating insects in a specialized area. Apis mellifera ligustica Spin. is the best pollinating insect of Aesculus hippocastanum L. and Phacelia tanacetifolia Benth.; its role is less important with respect to Allium porrum L., Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehnh., Ruta graveolus L. and lacking with respect to Myrtus communis L. and M. communis L. v. maritima. Andrena minutula K. and Halictus maculatus Smith are the best pollinating insects of Allium; Prosopis punctata Brulle of Eucalyptus; Bombus spp., Andrena minutula and Diptera of Myrtus.
