Phytosociological research in the area of forest of the lowlands at the experiment station for tropical forest culture national research institute of amazonia manaus amazonas brazil

A phytosociologic survey of the lowland-forests was conducted. The data obtained were classified according to Muller-Dombois and Ellenberg, and a single vegetation unit was recognized for the community studied. Information on vegetation structure resulting from comparative graphic analysis of height and diameter of trees was presented.
