A patient with a hematoma of the corpus callosum producing transient memory, speech and motor deficits and post traumatic type 1 headaches is presented. This is the 1st known demonstration of a resolving hematoma of the corpus callosum by CT [computed tomography] scan and the 1st case report of a post traumatic headache caused by hematoma of the corpus callosum.
