Preparation and efficacy of an inactivated subunit vaccine against Aujeszky's disease virus infection

Preparation and efficacy of an inactivated subunit vaccine against Aujeszky's disease virus infection

Research in Veterinary Science 31(2): 261-263

The preparation of an inactivated subunit vaccine against Aujeszky's disease virus infection is described. The vaccine contained at least 4 immunoprecipitating virus antigens, stimulated neutralizing antibody and conferred complete protection against cutaneous challenge with live virus in vaccinated mice.
