Preparation of drug containing liposomes

, : Preparation of drug containing liposomes. Khimiko-Farmatsevticheskii Zhurnal 21(3): 347-352

A simple method was proposed for incorporating drugs in liposomes for the purpose of using them in medical practice. The elimination of the state of the separation of liposomes from the free preparation makes it possible to prepare liposomes just before their use. Preprepared sterile, liphilic dried components of the suspension (separate or in a mixture) were used.
