Preparation of fluorescein conjugated anti sera for the diagnosis of the major poultry viruses/

, : Preparation of fluorescein conjugated anti sera for the diagnosis of the major poultry viruses/. Annales de Medecine Veterinaire 122(1): 45-50

Antisera against the major poultry viruses were prepared and conjugated to fluorescein. The purity and specificity of various fluorescein-conjugates were controlled. Their use permits easier diagnosis of the viral diseases of poultry.
