Primary stages of thrombin clearance and liver and lung absorption of complex heparin compounds in experimental depression of the function of the anti coagulation system and during its restoration in animals
The delay of primary stages of the clearance of thrombin-I131 was found in systemic circulation of rats by experimental depression of the anticoagulating system as a consequence of a chronic atherogenic diet. This phenomenon was explained by a decrease of the complex heparin - thrombin-I131 and diminished absorption in the liver. The stimulation of formation of complex heparin-thrombin-I131 and its clearance were established after recovery of functional state of anticoagulating system in rats by the prolonged therapeutical use of the preparation, Linetol together with vitamin A. At the same time the intensification of accumulation of this complex in liver was detected. The appearance of heparin, protein and amine complexes and their absorption in the lungs were discovered after i.v. injection of thrombin-I131.
