Abstract
It was investigated the protein content in grain of main wheat cultivars grown in agroecologic conditions of Negotin, [Yugoslavia]. The highest protein content had Bezostaya and lowest one Zlatna dolina. The ratio between contents of essential and nonessential amino acids was 35/56 % of total amino acids.
