Radula prolifera with perianths

, : Radula prolifera with perianths. Journal of Bryology 9(4): 505-508

R. (Sect. Amentulosae) prolifera H. Arn. is one of the rare Hepaticae. It is found in a few places in arctic eastern Siberia (USSR), in North America and in Alaska [USA]. In working on some liverwort collections from the Chukchi peninsula (easternmost part of the Soviet Union [USSR]), the species was described; its oily body and perianth were also studied.
