Recent observations on the vegetation of the islands and islets of st barthelemy french west indies

, : Recent observations on the vegetation of the islands and islets of st barthelemy french west indies. Bulletin de la Societe Botanique de France Lettres Botaniques 127(4): 373-386

The main groups of the vegetation on this island and adjacent islets are described. Changes after recent observations made at the end of 1977 and 1978 are described. Anthropogenic regressive evolution of the vegetation has occurred. The interesting plants or few endemics run the risk of extirpation. A progressive evolution towards the climax was noted in locations of natural vegetation.
