Reorganization of the functional connections of adjacent neurons of the cat motor cortex in the elaboration of the time controlled food procuring conditioned reflex
The experiment was conducted with 8 cats with electrodes implanted into the molar cortex. Along with an increase in the number of dependent relationships between the cortical neurons in the front paw projection during learning, significant differences were observed in the interconnected performance of the neurons under study in the course of the "inactive" and "active" phases of the time-controlled conditioned reflex. The largest number of connections was observed in the 2nd half of the specified interval, i.e. during the "activation" phase.
