Repair dna synthesis in the lymphocytes of persons who are exposed to chromium compounds in their job

Repair dna synthesis in the lymphocytes of persons who are exposed to chromium compounds in their job

Tsitologiya i Genetika 19(1): 66-67

The intensity of repair DNA synthesis in the lymphocytes of persons who were in contact with chromium compounds was studied depending on the contact duration. The intensity of repair DNA synthesis is reduced with the increase of the contact duration with chromium compounds. Evidently the mutagenic effect of chromium compounds is connected with the influence on the repair DNA synthesis in human cells.
