Revue de Stomatologie et de Chirurgie Maxillo-Faciale 82(2): 143-146
Repair of loss of substance from the nose with a 2 pointed lozenge shaped flap
A lozenge-shaped resection is employed to obtain a flap consisting of 2 triangular elements having a common pedicle. The flap has the advantage that its borders can be easily adapted. Its use in 16 of 34 [human] cases treated over a period of 18 mo. is described.
