When carbaryl 0.125% and 0.25% at 1.37 and 2.75 kg ai[active ingredient]/ha and fenitrothion 0.05 and 0.1% at 0.55 and 1.10 kg ai/ha were applied at the flowering stage and again after 20 days [for insect pest control], no detectable residues of the pesticides were found at harvest in the seeds of Indian colza [B. napus Linn. var. glauca (Roxb.) Schulz.].
