Scanning electron microscopy and elemental analysis a new approach for silica detection in lung
The suitability of scanning electron microscopy with elemental analysis for silica detection in lung was discussed for autopsy specimens from exposed workers. Control specimens were also studied photographic and methodological documentation of the main advantages of this technique.
