Specificity of the chlorophyll to protein binding in the chlorophyll protein complexes of the thylakoid

Whether the chlorophyll-protein complexes of the thylakoid (Phaseolus vulgaris leaf) separated by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis originate from real entities existing in vivo or are mere artifacts of the sodium dodecyl sulfate solubilization procedure was studied.
