Specifics of working wavelengths during study of somatic muscle fibers with use of the double wave method of photometry
Absorption spectra were presented for muscle fibers and results of their treatment were given. Absorption spectra were presented after the reaction of determining the activity of succinate dehydrogenase in muscle fibers as a function of the wave length of the monochromator. Recommendations were made for taking measurements.
