Spectalinine and iso 6 carnavaline 2 unprecedented piperidine alkaloids from the seeds of cassia spectabilis
Along with the alkaloids (+)spectaline and (-)iso-6-cassine, 2 new piperidinol alkaloids were isolated from the seeds of C. spectabilis DC. There structures were determined through chemical and spectral studies.
