Spectral behavior of ochra toxin a in different solvents/
The spectral behavior of ochratoxin A in solvents of different polarity was investigated. A red shift of absorption maximum to 375 nm in several solvents was observed as well as a red shift of fluorescence maxima. Molar extinction coefficients and efficiencies of fluorescence were dependent on solvent polarity.
