Spectral behavior of ochra toxin a in different solvents/

, : Spectral behavior of ochra toxin a in different solvents/. Journal of the Association of Official Analytical Chemists 61(3): 586-589

The spectral behavior of ochratoxin A in solvents of different polarity was investigated. A red shift of absorption maximum to 375 nm in several solvents was observed as well as a red shift of fluorescence maxima. Molar extinction coefficients and efficiencies of fluorescence were dependent on solvent polarity.
