, : Spectral characteristics of bacillus cereus anabiotic cyst like forms. Mikrobiologiya 55(4): 652-655

Spectral characteristics are presented for the organization of biopolymers in anabiotic Bacillus cereus cells obtained under the action of factor d1. The results are compared with the data for a control culture as well as with similar studies on the spectral characteristics of endospores. The culture responds quickly to the action of factor d1. The spectral parameters of cells subjected to the action of factor d1 are quite different from those of the control culture. The dichroic characteristics of anabiotic cells obtained under the action of factor d1 are similar to those of bacterial spores in a number of cases.
