Spectral properties of 10 dodecylisoalloxazine amphiflavine f 10

The absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra of the 10-dodecylisoalloxazine /F-10/ in liposome systems and in a few liquid solutions have been measured. Evidently, the isoalloxazine ring of the F-10 is located in the hydrophilic part and/or in the interphase of the liposomes.
