Spectral studies on actinoxanthin in active form
Spectral characteristics of the chromophore group of the antitumor protein actinoxanthin in the active form were obtained by UV spectroscopy, fluorescence and CD (circular dichroism) methods and compared with the corresponding parameters of the chromophore in neocarzinostatin, a homologous holo-protein.
