Spectrophotometric determination of decamine in preparation and drug forms

, : Spectrophotometric determination of decamine in preparation and drug forms. Farmatsevtychnyi Zhurnal (Kiev) (4): 43-45

A study is presented of the spectral characteristics of decamine in different solvents; determined were the values of specific absorption indices and the limits of concentrations in which light absorption of decamine solutions obey the law of Bouguer-Lambert-Beer. A method of quantitative determination of decamine in preparation and its drug forms is proposed.
