Spectrophotometric determination of reproduction curves of tobacco mosaic virus potato virus y and cucumber mosaic virus in tobacco and cucumber mosaic virus in cucumber

, : Spectrophotometric determination of reproduction curves of tobacco mosaic virus potato virus y and cucumber mosaic virus in tobacco and cucumber mosaic virus in cucumber. Sbornik UVTI (Ustav Vedeckotechnickych Informaci) Ochrana Rostlin 14(1): 17-24

The relative content of TMV [tobacco mosaic virus] in tobacco and its reproduction curve were determined by the spectrophotometric method according to Taniguchi. This method was extended to other viruses (PVY [potato virus Y] and CMV [cucumber mosaic virus]) in tobacco. Porter's modified spectrophotometric method was used for CMV-infected cucumber.
